Ben is the founding partner of Stellar Partners, responsible for setting the overall strategy of the company.

Before founding Stellar Partners, Ben is a serial FinTech entrepreneur and previously founded a multinational, regulated B2B FinTech firm with more than 500 employees in 6 countries, serving the needs of more than 100 financial services firms worldwide, with a focus on FinTech, Blockchain, and Information Security sectors.

Ben is now back in full-time entrepreneurial action with STACS, a Singapore-headquartered FinTech company focused on ESG FinTech in which Ben is the Co-Founder and Managing Director. STACS is a partner of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) for ESGpedia, which powers the ESG Registry of the MAS’ Project Greenprint.

Ben is also currently serving as the Chairman of the Green and Sustainable FinTech Sub-Committee of the Singapore FinTech Association (SFA).

David is a partner at Stellar Partners, responsible for the management of the investment portfolios. Prior to joining Stellar Partners, David was a senior investment manager at a Hong Kong main board listed company (Brilliant Circle Holdings Limited). David has more than 10 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, PE and VC investing focusing on cross border transactions, fintech and real estate projects. David holds a MBA degree from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia.

Thomas is a partner at Stellar Partners, responsible for the operations of the firm and is a member of the investment committee in deciding investment decisions. Prior to joining Stellar Partners, Mr. Chao has extensive experience in the US financial sector dealing with equity trades. He was a former banker at JP Morgan Chase and former registered representative and product manager at Apex Clearing. Mr. Chao has a Bachelor’s degree from University of Texas majoring in Economics and Finance.
