Belfast is the capital of Northern Ireland, a constituent of the United Kingdom. It is home to Game of Thornes and Titanic as well as four higher education institutions with more than 38,000 students from all over the world. When the University of Ulster decided to relocate its main campus from outside the city to the city center it started a wave of urban regeneration plans for Belfast.

Seeing the potential as well as the shortage of supply of Purpose-Built Student Accommodations (PBSA) within the vicinity of the new campus, Stellar Partners together with our partner decided to invest in one of the largest new PBSA development to capture the robust stream of cashflow offered by student accommodation investments. The construction of the PBSA began in December of 2017 and is now complete and the PBSA officially opened for business in September 2019 on time and on budget.

After the challenging pandemic time, the project has now achieved full occupancy.
